It’s lights out with this blend of rooibos, valerian root, lavender, and rose petals. While valerian root may be pungent to many, it is also very effective in aiding sleep.

Rooibos Tea | No Caffeine | Steep at 212°F for 5 mins
Hot Tea Steeping Instructions
Bring cold water to 212°F. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaves in a steeper, or one sachet per cup. Pour hot water over tea leaves, steep 5 minutes, remove tea leaves and enjoy.Â
